How long does it take?

We start working soon after you order. You'll get a digital preview to approve first; once approved, we print your book and ship it. Delivery time depends on your address.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free.

What photos should I send?

Up to 5 clear photos where the face is visible and well lit. JPG or PNG, up to 5MB each.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Every order includes one free revision after the first preview. Additional revisions cost 50% of the order price.

What if I'm not happy with it?

If you're not happy with the final artwork, you can request a 50% refund and we won't print the book. Once a book is approved and sent to print, it can't be refunded.

Are my photos safe?

Photos are used only to create the illustrations and are deleted within 60 days of your order being completed. Read more in our privacy policy.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
